I'm Juniper, a self-published author who created this mental health journal to help others work through their thoughts and emotions. I started this project during a tough time in my life, hoping it would give me a fresh perspective—and it did. Each entry became a way to reconnect with myself, and by the end, I knew I wanted to share it with others. Take it one page at a time—this journal is here for you whenever you need it.
